Appointment Policy
Previously reserved appointments are preferred. This helps eliminate lengthy waiting time to see the doctor. Please use the online function to request an appointment or call our office anytime to speak with one of our staff. If it is afterhours, please leave a message with a time you prefer and we will return your call first thing the next business day. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and to insure adequate time with the doctor. If for some reason your cannot make one of the available appointment times, you may drop your pet off with us and schedule a time to consult with the doctor when you pick up. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, local checks with ID, VISA, Discover, and Mastercard. We also have financing available through Care Credit. Click here to sign up through their website.
